Student Worker - Office Assistant

Campus Operations holds all Kaskaskia College’s plan sets. The plan sets range from survey drawings, block plans, section drawings, assembly drawings, construction documents, design development, schematic design, as-builts, and much more. Along with the plans set, there are also paper project files, project specifications books, and warranty books.

The purpose of the student worker would be to remove bindings from the plan sets, and scans, and then save them on the computer. After completing that, they would need to rebind the plans and file. The paper files, project specifications books, and warranty books must be scanned and saved. All the paper files would need to be alphabetically organized.
