Education Centers


Kaskaskia College is committed to providing education opportunities to the residents throughout the college district and has established five education centers in the towns of Greenville, Nashville, Salem, Trenton and Vandalia. In “bringing education to the people”, the centers also provide the same student services as the main campus which include:

  • Academic advising
  • Registration
  • Placement testing
  • Financial aid assistance
  • Scholarship information
  • Free tutoring
  • Purchase and pickup textbooks
  • Making tuition payments

KC Education Centers

Courses offered at the centers include many of the general education courses required for the Associates in Arts and Associates in Science degrees. A variety of learning platforms are offered including traditional classroom, distance learning and hybrid. Each education center also offers Adult Education classes, community education classes, and a summer kids program.

Other services available:

  • Each center is equipped with an open computer lab that is available to students as well as community members.
  • Use of rooms for outside businesses for training or seminars

Community Education

Education Centers offer a variety of community education classes for adults and KICK (Kids in College at Kaskaskia) classes for school aged children throughout the year.  For more information or for help getting started, contact the Workforce Development and Community Education department or your local education center.
