Library Card Information
A free Kaskaskia College library card is available to all KC students, faculty, staff, and in-district community members. Using the application form below, enter the requested information. Current students, faculty, and staff must provide their KC ID number. In-district community members must provide their driver’s license number. If you do not have a driver’s license, do not use this form.
Please email the requested information listed below along with a copy or photo of another form of government-issued photo ID, such as a FOID, military ID, or State ID to library@kaskaskia.edu.
