This course introduces students to the mammography department and provides an opportunity for students to participate in or observe mammography procedures. Emphasis is placed on anatomy, pathology, positioning, routine breast imaging and technique, special mammographic imaging quality control and image critique. Prerequisite: Must be ARRT Registered Technologist (R.T.)
