The Cisco CCNA Security course is designed to prepare students seeking entry-level security specialist skills. Students will gain technical knowledge using hands-on and online e-learning solutions to develop an in-depth understanding of network security principles. Students will learn how to work with a variety of security tools as well as implement effective mitigation controls. The CCNA Security curriculum will prepare students for passing the Security IINS (640-553) certification exam sponsored by Cisco Network Systems. Prerequisite: Successful completion of CITC 121 or Current (Non-expired) CCNA Routing and Switching
