The focal point of the course is the creation of an advertising/promotion campaign for a given good or service to include researching the consumer, developing the campaign, selecting the media, and outlining a mechanism to measure advertising/promotion effectiveness. Areas of promotion covered include advertising, public relations and sales promotion.
