This course provides instruction and practical application of the various aspects of managing an auto parts sales business including an awareness of how to obtain the current information from mechanics and cash customers in dealership operations as well as developing an insight into employer's expectations of a salesperson and expert counterperson. In addition; the course will cover basic components in most aftermarket catalogs including the contents, application sections and illustrations. Prerequisite: AUTO 119
