As with the introductory course, Ceramics II is designed to develop sensitivity to clay and its properties and to glazes and their interaction with clay. Emphasis will continue to be placed on wheel throwing and concepts appropriate to clay usage, and upon the exploration of and improvement of clay methods and techniques.
