The Kaskaskia College Crisp Technology Center offers 5 career and technical programs. Degrees and Certificates are offered in: Carpentry Occupations, Industrial Technology, Industrial Electricity - Certificates are offered in: Welding Technology & Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning. All programs are designed to help students prepare for a career. The programs require dedication to learning and understanding of all aspects through classroom lecture and intensive hands on experience.

The Kaskaskia College Business & Industry Department is also housed at the Crisp Technology Center. Business and Industry works closely with business contacts to tailor courses specific to the needs of a company. Training is customized and can be offered at your site or at one of KC’s locations.

Students have a variety of learning platforms to choose from. The College offers traditional classroom classes, online classes, distance learning classes (live television from site to site or multiple sites) and hybrid classes (classes that are part traditional classroom with an online component). The Crisp Center also offers Community education classes which provide credit as well as non-credit classes.

Crisp Technology Center’s Computer lab features 21 Dell computers and 8 iMac computers and hosts many computer and community education classes.

The Kaskaskia College Crisp Technology Center staff is dedicated to serving our students to ensure their academic success. It has been noted that life-long learning is imperative to one’s personal health and intellectual growth.
