This program prepares individuals to supervise and manage the operations and personnel of business offices and management-level divisions. Includes instruction in employee supervision, management, and labor relations. Budgeting, scheduling, office systems operation and office records management are also addressed. Organization, security, office facilities design, and space management are included with the purpose of evaluating management data to make decisions and managing public relations.
