Business Banking Relationship Manager III
Position reports to the Business Banking Commercial Market President. Develop and maintain banking relationships, typically businesses with sales up to $20MM. Maintain credit, overdraft, ACH and over limit authority and manage loan portfolio. Solicit, structure, sell, negotiate and close more complex financial transactions. It would be expected that RM III would generate in excess of $150M in net revenue.
Education / Experience:
Education: College Graduate Experience: 5+ years experience. The applicant must have the ability to critically review, analyze and structure commercial loans, cross sell their other bank products, and attract new business to Commerce Bank. Strong marketing and credit analysis skills are required. The candidate should be goal-oriented with strong sales skills to facilitate and cultivate leads. This position will involve both comprehensive management of existing customer relationships as well as soliciting new business opportunities. The candidate will serve as a relationship manager between the customer and other areas of the bank.
