To cheerfully answer the phones and greet the public.  To provide clerical assistance under the direction of the Office Manager.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
*Answer phone
*Greet public
*Sort and distribute mail
*Filing & Faxing information
*Advanced Computer skills
*Advanced Excel, Access, & Word
*Able & Willing to learn new customized computer programs
*Able & Willing to train other employees on the computer programs
*Willing to travel to our Corporate office in Oak Harbor Ohio for Training
*Process all UPS & Fed Ex Shipments


QUALIFICATIONS
*Must have a good personality and be able to work well with other people
*Must be able to read and write and have good basic math skills
*Advanced Computer Skills
*Must have excellent attendance and must maintain high level of confidentiality
*Must be willing to travel


PAY STARTS OUT AT $9.00 PER HOUR THEN WILL BE REVIEWED AT 90 DAYS, 6 MONTHS & 1 YEAR.
