The Human Resources Recruiter is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout the organization. This will be achieved through the development of local and national recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas. The Human Resources Recruiter will play a critical role in ensuring we are hiring the best possible talent.

Interviews, screens, and recruits job applicants to fill positions; schedules and coordinates the applicant process; scheduling and administering testing if required, handling travel arrangements ensuring proper reference checks, education verification, and background checks are conducted. Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements. Prescreens candidates. Create and present questions to hiring managers for collaboration and approval. Interviews all candidates presented for detailed interviewing by hiring managers, and includes the use of face-to-face behavioral-based interviewing methodologies. Manages the scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Ensures candidates understand this process and assist as needed. Visits all hiring-manager departments to develop a thorough understanding of the department culture and uses that understanding to help candidates fully understand the opportunity.
-Coordinate college recruiting initiatives. Attend career fairs for recruiting and company recognition. Develop working relationships within colleges to aid in recruiting. Give presentations at colleges, attend student group meetings, and increase college awareness of the company before and after career fairs. Create and foster relationships with colleges and diverse professional organizations to attract and recruit alumni and diversity candidates
-Handles hourly job bid process. Manage the use of recruiters and headhunters. Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data. Assist in writing and forwarding rejection letters. Assist in preparing and sending offer packages. Process new hires with assigned clock card numbers, duty assignments, prepares new hire packages, updates applicant log, coordinates new hire orientations. Maintains affirmative action program; files EEO-1 report annually; maintains other records, reports and logs to conform to EEO regulations. Administers supplemental unemployment benefit plans.
-Acts as the liaison between the Company and the third party contingent workforce agency. Acts as the main contact for managers and contingent workforce vendor; follows up with the contingent workforce agency to acquire data from them including hires, terminations, manager and cost center changes.
-Assists in managing project based assignments, some of which will be outside of core area of responsibility.
-Bachelors Degree in human resources, business, social science or related degree required
-2 to 5 Years in human resources and/or recruiting required
