Customer Service Representative

Salary Range: $7.75 - $8.25 per hour

Description: Part-time position with Saturday being a regular work day, Monday mornings and on-call status desired.
Hours: 8:00 am - 3:30 pm
Must be a pet lover. The customer service functions include, but are not limited to, being the first point of contact for customer reservations, front desk reception, customer concerns and cash handling.
The goal is to provide quality and efficient customer service to every customer – both internal and external. This position will assist the facility manager in meeting the customer service goals.
Strong sales experience a plus.
Ability to work around pet hair and pet dander.
Duties: Ensure customer service calls are answered in a timely, efficient and knowledgeable manner.
Resolving customer concerns in a professional manner.
Communicate with clients, guests, and co-workers in a professional, knowledgeable and courteous manner.
Ensure that any special pet handling requirements are met and that each guest receives outstanding service by meeting or exceeding our “Trust, Commitment, Loving Care” objectives.
Assess risks and take appropriate action to assure a safe working environment.
Maintains clientele and generates future clients by providing a standard of excellence in customer service
Able to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned by Facility Manager.
Ensure proper documentation is completed and kept orderly on all incoming/outgoing clientele.
Qualifications: Typing 25 wpm minimum
Must be familiar with computer (keyboard, screen & mouse) and multi-line telephone usage.
