Performs routine clerical duties including sorting, matching and filing according to detailed instructions. Maintains various records and logs. Uses PC, calculator and other standard office equipment to record, store and retrieve information. Makes minor corrections, codes items and maintains record of documents processed. Refers non-routine questions or work not clearly covered by instructions to supervisor.
Requires a high school diploma or GED and one year of clerical work experience. Some college preferred. Depending on department, may require general knowledge of computer software (i.e., Microsoft Office Word and/or Excel). The following skill set is desired: good organizational skills and detail oriented, good oral communication, good customer service skills, good data entry and typing skills and knowledgeable of filing systems.
Sunday 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Monday 5:00 a.m. until work is completed.
Wednesday 7:00 a.m. until work is completed.
Thursday 7:00 a.m. until work is completed.
Friday 7:00 a.m. until work is completed.
