Title: Substation Relay Tech 1st 9mos
Location: St. Louis, MO
Design and administration of compensation programs and processes.
Provides technical guidance and consultation on compensation related matters to all levels of the organization.
Leads or participates on project teams.
Design incentive and recognition programs.
Conducts market-pricing analysis to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
Prepares and analyzes salary surveys and continually improves methods to gain market information.
Develops job descriptions and conducts job pricing/equity analysis.
Assists in the determination and processing of annual salary and incentive budgets.
Collaborates with other Total Rewards team members and provides other analytical and administrative support as assigned.
Develops communication programs and presentations to communicate changes and provide training.
Facilitates group meetings to gather or present information of compensation related issues.
Drive Ameren's Pay for Performance philosophy through the organization and design or assist in the design of new tools and methodologies to do so.
Bachelor of Science Degree from an accredited college or university, in Business-related field. Masters Degree preferred. Compensation
coursework or certification a plus (CCP).
Three or more years directly related compensation experience at professional level. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Proficiency with PeopleSoft a plus.
Strong analytical and decision making skills. Working knowledge of statistical methods. Ability to work independently, handle multiple
assignments/projects and prioritize is essential. Demonstrated interpersonal, consulting and communication skills. Working knowledge of Federal and State regulations affecting compensation.
