POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Gas Regulator Repairman
Position Vacancy Gas Regulator Repairman, Division VI, Mt. Vernon (AmerenIP Local 702*).
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
High school graduate or equivalent - required
Gas journeyman classification or 4 years minimum experience in gas pipeline measurement and pressure control
(strongly preferred)
Must obtain and retain valid Class A driver’s license with hazmat endorsement, within six months
Complete and pass a direct operated regulation and complex pressure control evaluation at Ameren Gas Training Center
within a 90-day period
Pass all operator qualification testing and complex pressure control testing after completing required training
Willing to work necessary overtime (call-outs and continuation requirements as needed)
