SUMMARY
Responsible for assisting with well servicing operations on CRII operated leases under the guidance of the
Pulling Unit Operator, Production Foreman and Equipment/Roustabout Foreman.  Provides the knowledge, experience,
and willingness necessary to get the job done in the most efficient manner possible.  This position involves activities
such as making up and breaking out rods and tubing, assisting with equipment maintenance, and assisting with preparing
the unit for upcoming jobs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    * Responsible for assisting in completing various well servicing jobs as assigned by the Equipment/Roustabout Foreman.
    * Responsible for assisting the Operator with equipment maintenance.
    * Informs the Operator of any repairs that are needed.
    * Cooperates with the operator to perform well servicing jobs in the most efficient manner possible.
    * Performs work in a safe manner.
    * Assists with keeping the pulling unit, unit truck, and pickup truck cleaned and serviced.
    * Keeps all equipment and tools clean and in good working order.
    * Assists with loading and taking the proper equipment to location each day.
    * The Operator, Production Foremen, Roustabout/Equipment Foremen or Manager- Engineering/Operations may assign any
      other duties or tasks from time to time.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one year in a small operating company or a division of a large
company in the oil and gas industry preferred. Experience should include general oilfield labor.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Prefer a CDL Class A (Commercial Driver’s License).
