Maintenance Engineer/HVAC Mechanic
Qualified candidate will maintain and repair all systems such as, but not limited to; Electrical, Generators, Plumbing, Refrigeration, Elevators, Signage, Grounds, Potable Water, Sewage and Fire Systems.
Candidate must have experience in HVAC, Refrigeration and Electrical as well as have a Refrigerant Handling Certification.
Qualified candidate must be responsible, goal oriented, display dependability and possess the ability to get along with others and work unsupervised. 
In addition, candidate should be comfortable working in both heights and confined spaces. Also, candidate must be able to work all shifts including nights, weekends and holidays plus be on call 24-hours/7 days a week. It is a requirement that candidate be able to properly operate equipment and have a valid driver’s license. Willingness to work overtime on short notice – a plus!
