Youth Care Worker
One Hope United is a social service child welfare agency that serves more than 15,000 children and their families in four states.
Although there are countless child welfare agencies across the United States, very few organizations are able to offer the diverse
array of prevention, intervention, and community-based programs and services available through OHU.
We are looking for Youth Care Workers who are willing and able to work very hard in a fast paced environment, to work as part of a team,
are energetic and a willingness to treat and understand adolescents with problems. Duties include supervision, role modeling; and to
respond therapeutically to the emotional and physical needs of adolescents.
We have openings for afternoon/evening and weekend shifts. High School Diploma or GED required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience working with troubled adolescents preferred. All candidates must comply with employment requirements, including but not limited to;
satisfactory results of background check, drug screen, health exam and TB test. Must have a clear DMV record and be approved by
insurance carrier to drive agency vehicles.
Required Experience: Experience working with troubled adolescents preferred.
