Plans implements, evaluates overall development, management and administration of Home Care Agency, its branches and services.
The Administrator of Home Health performs duties in accordance of and under the direction/supervision as defined by the Agency's organizational chart.
Planning, organizing, and development of Home Health Agency functions including, but not limited to: operations administration, community/client education; supervision and leadership.
Functions under the direction of the Administration and the Board of Directors.
The Administrator of Home Health performs duties in accordance of and under the direction/supervision of the Regional Operations Director and/or as defined by the Agency's organizational chart.
Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree preferred.
At least (2) five years practical business experience, two of which were in a management capacity. Extensive knowledge and understanding of Federal and State laws and guidelines pertaining to Home Health Medicare and Medicaid,
and other insurance and payor sources.
Understanding of the DME industry.
If a registered nurse must be licensed in the state of practice. Current driver's license and current automobile insurance.
