Position:Swan Corporation is

currently looking for an experienced individual to fill a position as a Custom

Fabricator Lead.  This position assists

the Fabrication Supervisor in the operation of various pieces of equipment to

fabricate custom vanities and counter tops, per custom or stock specifications,

in a timely manner for sale to customers in conjunction with customer quality

requirements.

must have 3 – 5 years of custom fabrication or general carpentry experience

with Supervisory responsibilities; computer skills using Microsoft Word and

Excel; ability to read, interpret, and understand design techniques, tools, and

principles involved in the production of precision technical plans, blueprints,

drawings, and models and accurately quote jobs; and possess the ability to

prioritize tasks and delegate them to the fabrication staff.  College degree preferred but not

required.
