Maintenance Worker Power Plant

Under immediate supervision, assists in power
plant operations. Operates coal conveyers and heavy equipment. Removes
ashes from boiler pits. Assists in maintenance and repair of all
heating, ventilating and air conditioning at the center.



Minimum Requirements:

Requires no formal education. Requires one year experience performing a
variety of semi-skilled manual tasks. Requires working knowledge of
hoisting machinery. Requires ability to lift and carry heavy loads and
ability to crawl into small spaces. Requires ability to operate heavy
equipment.



Work Hours & Location/Agency Contact:

Work Hours: Monday, Thursday & Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm;
Tuesday & Wednesday, 1:00 pm - 9:00 pm; Friday and Saturday are
regular off days.
