Norm’s Bargain Barn Sales Associates (Full-Time & Part-Time): Norm’s Bargain Barn is a division of Wilke Window & Door, Inc. - the largest Andersen® window dealer in the St. Louis Metro area. Position: Norm’s Bargain Barn is currently in need of friendly and energetic Sales Associates at its Shiloh, Illinois and Fenton, Missouri locations. Full-Time and Part-Time positions available. Ideal candidate would have some experience in one of the following areas: kitchen/bath cabinetry, windows and doors, lumberyard, or home center sales. Candidate will be assisting customers in a showroom/warehouse environment selling windows, doors and cabinetry. Excellent computer, customer service and communication skills required. Experience reading blueprints and estimating a plus.

Skills:
- Background in sales, with some cabinetry, window & door, lumberyard or home center sales experience.
- Experience reading blueprints and preparing estimates a plus.
- Must have excellent communication and customer service skills, and the ability to present both product and service capabilities of the company in response to the unique needs of each customer.
- Must have the ability to lift up to 75 lbs., and be willing to load sold materials for customers.
- Must be available to work days, some evenings until 7:00 p.m., and Saturdays (closed Sunday).
