The following criteria are established for the Ralph and Bernice Sprehe Scholarship:

• Scholarship applicant are to be members of the St. Mary Roman Catholic Church, Centralia, IL, who are graduates of Centralia High School enrolling at Kaskaskia College.
• Scholarship recipients must maintain a "C" average. The scholarship shall be renewed each semester. Grades will be requested at the end of each semester of attendance.
• The scholarship shall consist of the actual tuition amount of the recipient not to exceed sixteen credit hours per semester unless specifically authorized by the Scholarship Committee.
• Scholarship awards may be applied to tuition, fees, textbooks, and other eligible educational expenses.
• Scholarship recipients are selected by a scholarship committee that is appointed by the pastor of St. Mary Church, Centralia, IL.
• Scholarship applications are available at St. Mary Church, Centralia and the US Bank of Centralia.
• St. Mary Parish Selection Committee will make any and all selections.
