I have been a faculty member at Kaskaskia College since 1987.  In addition to my teaching duties, I have been active in assessment and AQIP and helped co-write numerous institutional documents, including our institutional effectiveness plan and the Lincoln Baldrige Award application. Over the years, I have also been an active faculty sponsor of various student organizations, including Phi Theta Kappa and The Scroll, our student newspaper.  Finally, I'm quite proud of my diverse experiences over the years and the unique perspectives gained, having served multiple terms as the KCFT union president, as well as having served as the interim Dean of Arts and Sciences.
