The mission of the Radiologic Technology Program at Kaskaskia College is to provide comprehensive educational opportunities that will enable the graduate to become an entry-level radiographer. The program is designed to develop and instill a sense of obligation in the student to become a contributing member to the profession.

• Students will have the knowledge and skills to perform competently in the radiology department while demonstrating quality patient care
• Students will develop and promote critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Students will develop high work ethic standards and professional skills
• Prepare graduates with the knowledge necessary to become entry-level radiographers in the health care community
