“Keeping Healthy Bees” Class to be offered Throughout KC District

The Kaskaskia College Department of Industrial and Continuing Education will hold a “Keeping Healthy Bees” class throughout the KC District in August.  The course will be live at the KC Vandalia Campus and shown simultaneously at the Nashville, Salem and Trenton Education Centers. 

 

The class will be held Monday, August 28, 2017 from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m.  Contemporary issues facing beekeepers such as diseases, Colony Collapse Disorder, and the role of bees as pollinators will be covered.  Cost for this class is $17.00. 

 

Students may register for this class through the Department of Industrial and Continuing Education at Kaskaskia College at 545-3255.  Space is limited, so please register early.  All students must pre-register for this class.
