Palestine High School Senior Shaelyn Wilbur recently signed a letter of intent to continue her softball career at Kaskaskia College next year. Wilber is a 1st baseman and outfielder.
According to KC Coach Torey Crowell, “Shaelyn will be able to play outfield or infield. She is very versatile with the glove and has a great bat. She will be very valuable to the team”.
Wilber was named MVP her junior year and led the team in RBI’s as well as the highest batting average. She was also a 1st Team All-Conference as an infielder.
