June Conference for Business Owners To Be Held At Carlyle Lake
The Illinois Small Business Development Center at Kaskaskia College is pleased to announce a summer conference for area business owners. “Smooth Sailing For Your Business” will be held on June 6 and 7 at the Carlyle Lake Conference Center. This conference will provide two days and 16 hours of professional development, including topics on managing growth, cash flow, tax tips and legal tips.
Speakers from around our region include daily keynote speakers. Kevin Lust of Springfield who will talk about “What Mission Really Means” and Craig Williams of Community Link in Pinckneyville who will discuss his firm’s growth, lessons learned along the way and their team concepts. GrowthWheel® will be introduced as an action oriented planning tool. ProfitMastery® is just one of several tools for strengthening your cash management skills. Attendees will have access to Mr. Ryan Holte from the SIU-C School of Law and Mrs. Ira Kaye Hickam, a talented CPA. All speakers have small business experience.
