“AARP - The Smart Driving Course” Class To Be Held in Greenville


The Kaskaskia College Office of Continuing/Community Education is pleased to present a “AARP - The Smart Driving Course” class at the Greenville Education Center.  This class will be held on Tuesday, March 25 and Thursday, March 27, from 8:00 am to 12:00 noon. The registration number is LLI-7608-GR01D.


The AARP Smart Driver course teaches valuable defensive driving skills and provides a refresher of the rules of the road. Since 1979, the course has helped over 14 million drivers learn proven safety strategies and tips for how to adapt one’s driving to compensate for physical and cognitive changes that may come with aging. Plus, you may qualify for an automobile insurance discount by completing the course (participants should check with their auto insurance agent for details). Cost of this course is $15 for AARP members and $20 for non-members.


Students may register through the Greenville Education Center at 664-9394 or the Office of

Continuing/Community Education at Kaskaskia College at 545-3255.  Space is limited, so please

register early.  All students must pre-register for this class.​
