Kaskaskia College will be holding an ACT exam prep workshop on Saturday mornings on March 22, 29 and April 5 with an optional, but recommended, proctored pre-test on March 8 at 9:00 a.m. at Wesclin High School in Trenton. Wesclin High School is located at 10003 State Route 160 in Trenton. Students from all area high schools are invited to participate in this course.
Is your student ready for these very important assessments? If your teenager needs an added boost before taking these exams, then this is the place for them. If they have test anxiety or need extra help in specific areas such as math, science or reading, then join us.
Your participation increases your chances of success with your enrollment in our Test Preparation workshop. The workshop is open to high school students in grades 10 – 12, as well as adults planning to take an upcoming exam for college admission. Students should bring a calculator, pencil and notebook to class.
The optional proctored Pre-Test is included in the cost of the course and provides valuable data for both the students and instructors. This comprehensive report includes student strengths, and growth opportunities based on results of this retired ACT test.
Pre-registration is required for this workshop. The class registration number is VOCS 030 TR01W Act Prep Course, and the cost is $125.00. Class dates are March 22, 29, and April 5 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. with 1 hour break for lunch. Pre-Test is March 8 at 9:00 a.m. (optional).
