Winner of NBC’s The Voice, Javier Colon, Coming To Kaskaskia College In Centralia

Kaskaskia College and The Sogno Project presents the Acoustic Soul Art and Music Showcase featuring Javier Colon, Winner of NBC’s THE VOICE and hosted by Opening Act, Kelly Lee Culbreth, a former resident of Centralia now residing in Nashville, TN.  The concert is being held in the Jane Knight Auditorium at Kaskaskia College in Centralia on Saturday, September 14.  The show starts at 7:00 p.m. and seating begins at 5:30 p.m.
With a fresh take on pop, soul, and acoustic music, come see live and in person why Javier Colon captured the hearts of millions as the Winner of the inaugural season of The Voice. The concert will also feature local talent and youth, leading up to a big grand finale.  During the show, artist Penny Creel from Murfreesboro, TN will be on stage painting.  Her finished artwork will immediately be sold after the show in a silent Auction, along with a few other donated items. 
What your ticket purchase means:  The Sogno Project (the Italian word for Dream, pronounced Sewn-Yo) has been created as a way to raise money for your local community while bringing awareness to Music & The Arts.  All profits from the show are being donated to Kaskaskia College to be used as Scholarship Money.
