Recent Salem High School graduate Amanda Jourdan has recently signed a letter of intent to continue her tennis career at Kaskaskia College.
Jourdan, who was named Most Improved her senior year at Salem, will be studying Nursing at Kaskaskia.
Salem Coach Dirk Anderson says that he is thrilled that Amanda will get the chance to play at the next level. “I think Amanda will definitely play in the top 6 at Kaskaskia. She is a good singles player and a hard worker. She plays with lots of enthusiasm”.
KC Coach Beth Stedelin says, “I am very pleased to have Amanda join the Blue Angels tennis team. She has really been working on her game in the last two years and I look forward to working with her to further her improvements. Amanda is a pleasure to be around and she will fit perfectly into our program”.
