The Kaskaskia College Office of Continuing/Community Education is pleased to present a “Zumba Gold” class at the First United Methodist Church in Greenville. This class will be held on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons May 28 through July 9 from 2:15 to 3:00 p.m. and the registration number is COED 8057 GR04D.
Zumba Gold targets the largest growing segment of the population: baby boomers. It takes the Zumba formula and modifies the moves and pacing to suit the needs of the active older participant, as well as those just starting their journey to a fit and healthy lifestyle. What stays the same are all the elements the Zumba; the exhilarating, easy-to-follow moves; and the invigorating, party-like atmosphere. Zumba Gold is the perfect fit. It’s a dance-fitness class that feels friendly, and most of all, fun. This class will be held at the First United Methodist Church; the church is located at 310 South Second Street in Greenville. Cost for this course is $45.00 for students under 60 and no cost for students over 60.
Students may register through the Greenville Education Center at 664-9394 or the Office of
Continuing/Community Education at Kaskaskia College at 545-3255. Space is limited, so please
