In order to use the Fitness Center for the spring of 2010 (March 15-June 5) individuals will
have 2 options.
Option 1- Enroll in PHED 128 Basic Weight Training, PHED 133 Intermediate
Weight Training or PHED 214 Advanced Weight Training. This is a 1 credit hour course.
Tuition waivers are available.
Option 2- Pay a daily rate of $5.00 that will be collected
at the Fitness Center Desk, (cash and check only).
Your Kaskaskia College ID will be required for you to check-in at the Fitness Center Desk if
you are enrolled in the course. If you do not have a Kaskaskia College ID card you will be
able to obtain one in the Fitness Center.
All Fitness Center Users will be required to sign a Liability Waiver and go through a brief
orientation.

An orientation is necessary before regular use of the fitness center can begin.
Orientations will be announced soon.
If you are unable to attend any of the scheduled orientations,
