Aging and Impact on Occupation (OCTA-232)

Description: This course introduces the student to the physical, psychological, socioeconomic, cultural aspects of aging and their relationship to occupational therapy programs for older adults. The focus is on providing care to individuals experiencing disorders of aging and uses the occupational therapy process of evaluation, planning, implementation, and community programming.
