Description: This course (30 hours) is designed for personnel from all types of industry and business. It is designed to present detailed information on how the provisions of the OSHA act may be implemented in the workplace. Rights and responsibilities under the act-appeals process-record keeping and voluntary protection programs are covered. Introduction to OSHA's general industry standards and an overview of the requirements of the more frequently referenced standards. Successful completers of the 30-hour class will receive a 30-hour voluntary compliance course card.
