Advanced Weight Training (PHED-214)

Location: Main Campus

Description: This course is for participants who have completed the Intermediate Weight training level. Participants will set personal fitness goals and keep track of improvments while working to obtain those goals. More advanced weight lifting exercises including use of the free weight equipment will also be incorporated into this level of weight training.
