Description: This course provides an introduction to Microsoft Windows operating systems. Projects include the fundamentals of Microsoft Windows; working with desktop features; file and folder management; and Windows Explorer. Students will modify the desktop environment, customize computer settings, and work with advanced file and Internet searching. Additional topics include basic computer networking; maintaining and optimizing computers; and monitoring system performance.
