The Associate in Arts Degree (A.A.) Programs are for students who plan to major in liberal arts disciplines
such as education, English, foreign language, geography, history, law, music, philosophy, physical
education, political science, psychology, sociology, social work, speech, business administration, finance,
human resources, and management.
Associate in Arts Degree Completion Worksheet 
In order to complete an A.A. degree, your total program must contain a minimum of 64 semester hours of
academic work with an average of not less than C (2.0). Students must complete the required core courses as
well as the appropriate electives.
