Students seeking employment will be able to obtain job assistance and placement services from our Workforce Development partners, Kaskaskia College’s TANF Job Club Coordinator, and the Kaskaskia College Career Service Specialist.

Kaskaskia College TANF Program

Kaskaskia College’s TANF Employment and Training Program provide assistance to those individuals receiving TANF benefits.

Customers are eligible to receive intensive case management and follow-up assistance that includes educational, job skills training, pre-employment, unsubsidized job placement, and retention services through the assistance of Kaskaskia College’s Career Service Specialist and our TANF Job Coordinator.

Kaskaskia College offers career and employment services to residents of its college district through its Success Center. Assistance is provided by a Career Service Specialist who provides hands-on training in the areas of career exploration and counseling; workplace ethics, workplace readiness, job searching, and employment interviewing.
